Various Penile enlargement options

Planning to surgically enlarge your penis size, there is an important fact that you should remember: the average penis size is six inches in length. Penis size varies from person to person like some are longer and some are shorter, but most men do not have penises that are exceptionally long or extremely short.

Many surgeons already realize this fact and perform penile enlargement surgery after giving necessary information to the patients. It is true that penis enlargement is not totally risk-free, but with advancement in medical science this option has become quite successful in adding an extra inch to the penis. Now, look at the various penile enlargement options.

Suspensory-Lagament Release Surgery: - This option involves cutting or “releasing" the suspensory ligament that helps to attach the penis to the public bone. Our suspensory ligament accounts for maintain an erection in an upright position. Without this attachment, an erect penis will set straight out or somewhat downward instead of straight up. It can provide the look of longer penis but does not make the penis necessarily longer.

Pubic Liposusction: - In certain cases, fat tends to surround up the base of the penis and hides the full appearance of the penis size. Liposuction of the pubic area can remove the fat and create the appearance of a larger penis by removing the fat that prevents the entire penis from being seen.

Scrotum-Recession Surgery: - In some cases, the scrotum is wrapped around the shaft of the penis and it makes the shaft to appear smaller and shorter than what it actually is. Scrotum recession surgery is a procedure that recesses the scrotum and allows the full size and form of the shaft of the penis to be seen. The results associated with surgery are permanent, but also carry all of the risks of any penis enlargement surgery such as scarring, deformity, asymmetry, erectile dysfunction and sexual dysfunction.

Penoscrotal-Webbing Release Surgery: - In certain cases, the scrotum is connected to the underside of the base of the shaft of the penis in such a way that it hides the actual size of the penis. Penoscrotal-webbing release surgery sets apart of this connection and accentuates the definition between the shaft of the penis and the scrotum. It provides the look of a larger penis, and results are permanent.

Demis fat grafts or Fat injections: - Demis fat grafts or fat injections entail removal of the fat from one place on your body and the reinsertion of it to the shaft of the penis. This can enhance penis girth. But there is also risk of deformity and all of the other complications associated with it.

Combination surgery: - A combination of any of these surgeries can be performed to increase the appearance of penis size.

No matter which procedure you want to opt for, it is always recommended to discuss with your surgeon to see if the procedure is right for you.
