I started my penis enlargement journey 2 years ago. I am a very vain person and I didn’t really NEED the surgery, but I wanted it. I originally thought that the alloderm was the way to go, it seemed like it was natural feeling and looking. Then I stumbled across Dr Elists site and decided to call him to find out more about the implant. At first I did not think I wanted it, I thought how could a piece of silicone ever feel natural and look natural.... He offered to have a few of his old patients talk to me and tell me there story. He also informed me that he had performed several surgeries where he had removed alloderm and put the prosthesis in. These were the people that I wanted to talk to, since I was leaning toward alloderm. When I found out how insignificant the gains were with alloderm, and that some men actually lost length (obviously not what we are trying to do) I was sure that I did not want to get alloderm. When I spoke with Dr. Elists patients I only heard stories of praise. Now that I have the implant myself, (had it put in July 2009)
I understand why they are so happy. I gained 2 full inches in girth and had a 4 inch gain in flaccid length and 1 inch gain in erect length. I was a GROWER before, now I am at least 6" long when flaccid. The implant won’t allow my dick to retract less than that. Compared to the 2'' that I used to be when soft, 6'' is a huge difference. If you are thinking about having this surgery do not be distracted by the people that say horrible things on here. I would argue that if there was an issue after the surgery it was probably the patients fault. Meaning that they did not let the piece heal correctly, had sex too early, did not wrap it...... I followed the Dr's directions to the letter and had no problems at all. Very minimal discomfort for the few days after the surgery, wouldn’t even call it pain. I would be glad to answer any questions from people that are thinking about the surgery. I would not have done it if I did not have anyone to talk to, so now it’s my turn to do the talking.

Before: 2'' long flaccid- 6'' long and 6'' in girth erect

After: 6" long flaccid and 6'' girth flaccid --- Erect 7" long 8’’ girth

     My husband had the penile and testicular enhancement surgery last summer.  The improvements in the thickness of his penis and the size of the testicles far exceeded anything that we thought could be accomplished in just one procedure. After the healing time was over, his testicles began to drop and have a very relaxed appearance to them. His penis was a lot thicker, which in my opinion helps with the visual stimulation in a relationship.  Before the surgery I thought that his penis and testicles were ok but did not really go beyond that. What I have seen after the surgery has given me a new insight as to what it should have been all along. The enhancement surgery results have improved our sex life and in my opinion our sex drive.  I would definitely recommend this procedure to any couple who feels that there is a lacking in the size or width of their partners penis or testicles.

  I want to thank you for giving me new life. I wish I would have met you 20 years ago. It is amazing how some thing so inconspicuous to some can be so detrimental to others. To the point that I once had a problem with urinating in a public restroom, but now after the procedure, I have no problem if any one sees me.  The healing process was very minor to the significant gains that were achieved. The testicles were probably the most sensitive for a few days and that was the worst of the procedure.  The new increase in the size of the penis has given me more confidence in my intimate relationship with my wife and I personally feel that there is more satisfaction there.  For any man that feels like they are not as manly as they would like to be, this is definitely the procedure that they need to consider. Dr. Elist listened to what my concerns were and what I would like to have at the end of the procedure. He understood my situation and was able to give me everything I asked for and then some.

Some insight, I’m 21, Latino, 5’9”, 145lbs, attractive but I’ve always felt incomplete or just not whole, because of the size of my penis and testicles. "I only do his to give any out there some reassurance that this is very real and life changing.   I have always been self conscious about the size of my penis.  I did not lack in erect length.  I was about 7 inches but my girth was about 4.5.  I am also a grower so the locker room situations were embarrassing because I was tiny in my mind. I am married and while we are in love, I never truly enjoyed sex because I was so concerned about not pleasing her.  This insecurity finally pushed me to search the internet for a solution.  I tried the pills and jelqing and clamping.  What a waste of time and energy and for only temporary gains! I then came across a forum on the internet which I am not going to name here but led me to Dr. Elist.  These guys talk and talk and talk about penis enlargement but only a few seem to write about their experiences.  I learned a great deal from there.  I learned I didnt want FFT or dermal grafts.  I learned about scaffolds but did not want to put my penis in the hands of a Dr in Belgrade for a centimeter gain.  I read stories and saw pictures of horrible surgical results from other doctors on the internet with professional websites that lure you in.  I then started to read the Elist threads.  I wasnt very impressed with his website but I was impressed with his credentials and this, to me, was much more important. The Elist implant provided me with the least evasive surgery with the most possible girth increase which was my main concern.  It took only one week to read every thread and make a decision to put my penis in the hands of Dr Elist.  I booked and 10 days later was lying next to Linda puking from the anesthesia because I didnt know about my reaction to it.  That has been the worst part of the whole experience.  I had little pain.  I was walking on the Santa Monica pier two days later.
I was on week 5 and since I am leaving the country for business for six months, I asked Dr Elist for permission to make love to my wife.  He agreed if I lubricated generously.  I did and all I can say is WOW! Time and money well spent! It was amazing and never felt so good.  I had a little swelling and some soreness but was back to normal the next day. Whoever says size doesn't matter is full of it! I am 6.4in at the base and 5.8in midshaft.  This is the perfect size for me and my wife but Dr Elist says I should expect some more gains in the next few months due to the capsule forming around the implant.  My wife says she can't feel it during oral sex.  I can feel it but it is getting softer each day.  I absolutely cannot feel it when I have an erection. If you decide to get the procedure with Dr Elist then rest assured you are in good hands.  He is a great doctor! Have questions ready because he moves fast!

As for girth, I started at 3.9” flaccid and 4.75” erect. I haven’t taken a measurement yet. But it looks very nice! I really wish that I took before and after erect pics because I would have no trouble posting them here. I do have some pre-op flaccid pics so maybe I’ll post those with my post-op pics that I have to take for the doctor. I’ll be doing those tomorrow.
